Provides a 24 hour state wide cluster model youth refuge and youth and family outreach programs in St Kilda. Working intensively with young people to address issues that contribute to their unique experience of crisis & homelessness, with a particular focus on assisting young people and young families to: • develop life and living skills to prepare for independence • address issues in relation to health, AOD & mental health • promote opportunities to overcome exclusion and isolation • explore education pathways and participation • work towards long term sustainable housing
