About this service
Provides support to families with children and young people with a disability. Through the gift of friendship, our mission is to provide companionship, flexible support and practical assistance in their day-to-day lives. Our programs aim to improve the lives of participants and works to improve independence, social participation, health and wellbeing. We offer a range of programs that are available throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula and include volunteer match program, after school programs, skill development activities, family events, parent support groups and family camps to name a few.
